This assessment requires the candidate to use data interpretation and analytical skills to perform numerical calculations.

COVERS: Percentages, Estimates, Fractions, Ratios, Graphs, Data Set Analysis.

SUITABLE FOR: Any scope of work which involves working with numbers, performing calculations, data analysis etc.

VERBAL REASONING (20 MINUTES, 20 QUESTIONS)

This assessment requires the candidate to use comprehension and interpretation skills to answer a series of multiple choice questions.

COVERS: Text Comprehension, Language Proficiency.

SUITABLE FOR: Any scope of work which involves working with, interpreting or producing written documents.

LOGICAL REASONING (20 MINUTES, 15 QUESTIONS)

This assessment requires the candidate to analyse a variety of logical information and use this information to establish missing concepts within a pattern or sequence.

COVERS: Problem Solving, Deduction, Observation Skills, Identifying Patterns & Sequences.

SUITABLE FOR: Any scope of work which involves problem solving and analysis or where strong attention to detail is key.

MECHANICAL REASONING (10 MINUTES, 10 QUESTIONS)

This assessment will asses the candidate's ability to understand and apply mechanical concepts.

COVERS: Pictorial representations of weights, gears, pulleys and levers are presented to the candidate with accompanying numerical-centred questions around forces and weights.

SUITABLE FOR: Engineering, specifically mechanical design & engineering.

PERSONALITY TESTING

This test will assess a wide range of personality traits, centering around key skills which are essential to the everyday working environment. The results will provide insight into how the personality of a prospective hire may fit into the existing company culture.

COVERS: A series of multiple choice questions designed to gain insight into thought processes and personality.

SITUATIONAL JUDGEMENT TESTING

This test will assess how a prospective hire would likely typically respond and act in a variety of scenarios, giving insight into their likely behaviour in the workplace.

COVERS: The test includes a variety of workplace scenarios and a series of multiple choice questions to assess how the candidate would act in the given scenario.
