STEP ONE: SALARY SURVEY

STEP TWO: CAMPAIGN DESIGN
We will produce an SEO-optimised, key word-spiked advert copy designed to maximise campaign performance. A variety of appropriate resources will be selected to ensure the advert is listed where it needs to be to get in front of target candidates.

When the advert copy is signed off, the campaign is ready to launch! It'll be listed on the selected resources for 4 weeks. The average campaign attracts 28 applications with 89% of the vacancies we list being filled.

STEP FIVE: INTRODUCTION
When we hear back from the applicant, we'll send you their application which will include their CV and any other information you requested as part of the screening process. You take it from there, retaining absolute control of the recruitment process and advancing that applicant as you would a direct applicant.
